Kelly's yoga journey started in 2016 & has helped her to flourish ever since. She is a full time vet tech, working at a mixed holistic practice. "Movement as medicine" drew Kelly into learning more about yoga, but the mental clarity, peace of mind and personal growth kept her locked in. In 2019 she became a 200 hour certified vinyasa yoga teacher through Hot Asana Yoga University. Her classes can be anywhere from slow and gentle to faster paced and challenging. Kelly aims to connect your breath to your movement and open up your mind to how much your body is capable of during each practice. Her goal with teaching is to help grow the yoga community and spread this connection of mental, physical and spiritual awareness.
Anything with a funky beat that helps you marry your breath to movement. I love Cautious Clay, Flume, & Hozier
Yoga, coffee, nature walks with my dog, Roxy. The rest of the day can be filled with work at the vet, crafting or enjoying a book in the sunshine at home.
Balance is not something you find, it's something you create.
