Flow classes are creative vinyasa classes curated by each instructor. These classes have dynamic movements that are meant to challenge and bring you to your edge, all while giving your body a good stretch. These are all levels classes. All flow classes are gently heated
Yoga Pump is an athletic yoga practice which combines body weight and light free weights with gentle cardio to build up your strength and endurance. These classes can have a combination of curls, rows, squats with cardio bursts to increase your heart rate. A low impact workout great for all levels! All Sculpt classes are gently heated.
Ahh who doesn't need a good stretch? Restore classes hold postures for a longer period in order to let your body release and your mind to relax. You will utilize props in the poses you take in class. The props help you hold passive poses for longer without exerting or tiring out your muscles. These poses are meant to open up the different planes of your body.
Okay, we use the word "yoga" here gently. Core is a 45 minute class filled with planks and crunch work. We warm up with Sun Salutations, and then get down to work. Core is important to incorporate into your normal practice because it enhances your balance, posture and stability.
