Kaitlin completed her 200hr yoga teacher training in 2017 in Power Yoga. Kaitlin is a 7th grade science teacher when she is not teaching yoga and continues to grow her yoga practice through a variety of workshops and trainings. Kaitlin discovered soon into her yoga practice that yoga brought her to her edge, allowed her to open up her heart, and help her manage stress and anxiety. Her yoga practice has transformed her life both on and off the mat. Kaitlin leads an energetic and upbeat class that will guide you to see your highest self as well as go to your edge to promote a positive transformation.
