KATE O.

Kate is a student at the University of Colorado Boulder and a Portsmouth  NH local. She became yoga sculpt certified in December of 2018 and finished her 200 hour yoga teacher training in May 2020. While at school, Kate teaches yoga sculpt at Boulder's Core Power Yoga. Kate loves the  fun and joy that she believes comes from yoga. She promises no matter  what is happening outside the studio's doors you will leave her class  with a happy heart.
